Cancellation agreement
Effective date: January 3, 2025
This Agreement (collectively the "Agreement") applies to any user ("User" or "You") using the current and future version of the video communication service platform Flirio (collectively the "App") owned and provided by
ZEROOT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (the "Company", "we" or the "Platform").The purpose is to clarify the rights, obligations and cancellation process of both parties when users decide to cancel their application accounts, so as to ensure the smooth cancellation process and protect user privacy.
I. Cancellation Conditions
Users should ensure that all transactions, services, subscriptions, etc. in this application have been properly completed or canceled and that there are no outstanding transactions.
Users should confirm that there are no balances, points, coupons and other assets in their accounts, or that they have been disposed of in accordance with our regulations.
The User understands and agrees that upon cancellation of the Account, the Account and any data, information or rights therein cannot be restored.
II. Cancellation Process
Submit Application: Users should submit a cancellation application through the account setting or cancellation function provided in this application, and fill in the relevant information as prompted.
Authentication: We will authenticate the user's logout request to ensure that the request is made by the account owner himself.
Final logout: After the user confirms the logout notice and completes all necessary steps as required by us, we will officially logout the user's account and delete or anonymize the user's personal information in this application.
Third, privacy protection
We promise to strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations and privacy policies during and after the cancellation process, and protect users' personal information from being leaked or abused.
After the cancellation, we will retain the information required by laws and regulations or necessary to safeguard the rights and interests of users, and store it securely and treat it confidentiality.
IV. Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the user's failure to submit a cancellation application or to complete the cancellation process in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in write-off due to force majeure or other reasons not caused by us.
V. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between the two parties arising from this cancellation agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction where we are located.
VI. Other
This agreement shall take effect from the date when the user submits the cancellation application and is confirmed by us.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the cancellation of the Account and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements with respect thereto.
The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by local law.
